There is no Christmas without Bing Crosby. His iconic tunes are a must during this season and this particular song had a special meaning during the Second World War, so we wanted to make a video that would go beyond the time barrier, based on hope, family and love. The basics of Christmas.
Characters
Our story centers on an American family, a father who during WWII serves his country and writes to his beloved little girl inspired by the memories that Crosby’s song brings to his mind.
Time goes by and we see someone returning from military service, this time, we go to the present and see how the little girl has become a woman and serves as a doctor inspired by her father. Now she has also started a family.
This was dedicated to the men and women of the armed forces around the world, who give their lives for their people…
Background
Color Script
For the color script we wanted the palette to accompany the emotions of the characters. The warmth of memories, the harshness of war and the joy of returning home… that safe place full of love and affection.
